I have been helping homebuyers purchase homes since 1989, and over the course of my 34-year career, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills that have enabled me to successfully serve in various leadership roles.
In my previous position as President of Fair Way Funding Corp, I managed a team of 45 full-time employees, including a Home Lending team of 17 Loan Officers. As the Residential Mortgage Lending Sales Officer for a local community bank, I managed a staff of 10 Loan Officers and was responsible for over 160MM in annual loan volume, specializing in jumbo loans and second home financing. Additionally, I have worked in management roles for two national mortgage bankers before finding a home at Anchor Mortgage, where I have been able to offer a variety of competitive products to my clients and realtor referral partners.
As an active member of the RI Mortgage Bankers Association and the RI Board of Realtors Association, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry. I have also been actively involved in my community, serving as the President of Lakes Region Youth Hockey for four years and as an active member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors.
I currently reside in Burrillville with my wife Rhonda, our two boys Ryan & Brendan, and Charlie, our Golden Retriever.
